As a Customer Journey Optimisation Specialist - Digital Learning, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of learning by leading the optimisation of our customer journey across all Career Accelerator programmes. ### Job Description As a seasoned professional in customer journey optimisation, you'll be responsible for driving meaningful improvements to our customer experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging data, insights, and smart service design to identify areas of opportunity and develop scalable solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing improvements to systems, messaging, and support experiences that drive satisfaction, retention, and success for our learners. ### Key Responsibilities -

Lead the optimisation of the full end-to-end customer journey

across Career Accelerator programmes, using data, insight, and smart service design to inform decision-making. -

Identify key drivers of satisfaction, retention, and success

for learners, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement. -

Design and implement scalable improvements

to systems, messaging, and support experiences that drive positive outcomes for learners. -

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

, including Product, Success, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organisational goals. -

Develop and maintain dashboards, conversion funnels, and sentiment analysis

to track key performance indicators and inform optimisation efforts. -

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

in customer experience, customer operations, service design, and strategy. ### Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: -

Experience improving customer or user journeys

using feedback and data, with a proven track record of driving meaningful improvements. -

Demonstrated ability to design or optimise operational processes or services

, with a focus on customer-centric outcomes. -

Comfort with data

, including surveys, dashboards, conversion funnels, and sentiment analysis. - Background in customer experience (CX), customer operations, service design, or strategy roles, with a deep understanding of the customer journey and its complexities. -

Experience working cross-functionally
