Job Summary

As a Mandarin-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in California.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin and English

  • Provide accurate and timely information about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance language skills and cultural competence
  • Adhere to arenaflex policies and procedures, including HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality agreements

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, customer service, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and patient management systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with patients with diverse cultural backgrounds

  • Certification in customer service, healthcare, or a related field (e.g., CNA, CMA)
  • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality agreements
  • Experience with language interpretation and translation software
