Experienced Bilingual Customer Contact Agent (French & English) – Remote Night & Weekend Shifts Only

Your Role as Customer Contact Agent
As a customer contact agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling email communication with customers in a professional and efficient manner
- Responding to inbound online chats with customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
- Participating in proactive outbound campaigns to engage with customers and promote arenaflex's products and services
- Accurately updating and managing customer data in our CRM system to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
To Succeed in this Role, You Should Bring:
* Fluency in French (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to understand English for internal communication and tools
- Customer contact experience in a call center or similar environment
- Ability to work weekends and evenings only, with a flexible schedule to meet customer needs
- Commercial mindset and ability to upsell when appropriate to drive sales growth
- Proactive, team-oriented, and organized spirit to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a strong asset, but not essential
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, but not required
