Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our airline, providing top-notch service and support to our passengers while upholding our commitment to safety, efficiency, and excellence. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer interactions, processing ticket sales and changes, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's services and loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer interaction, assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and addressing their travel-related inquiries.

• Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations using our advanced reservation systems, while providing information on flight schedules, fares, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with baggage handling, ensuring safe and efficient luggage handling.
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols, maintaining compliance with airline regulations and procedures.

Essential Qualifications
