We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Team Lead to join arenaflex's dynamic Customer Service team in a remote setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 customer support agents, ensuring high-quality service delivery, meeting customer service targets and KPIs, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Team Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and prioritizing customer contact volumes to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of customer support agents
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer service metrics to optimize performance and anticipate issues
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive product improvements and elevate the customer experience
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (FCA, GDPR, KYC/AML)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in a remote team management setting
  • Knowledge of management techniques and data-driven decision-making
  • Track record of setting and meeting targets and KPIs
  • Extensive use of support tooling (arenaflex's preferred tooling)
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive insights
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric approach with a knack for enhancing customer experiences
