The Role: Outreach is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the Business Systems team responsible for tasks related to the maintenance, enhancement, and upkeep of Salesforce and other related go-to-market technologies. The ideal candidate will leverage experience and deep knowledge of Salesforce to design creative solutions, be an analytical thinker and problem solver, have excellent communication skills and technical curiosity, thrive in a fast paced environment, have a strong desire for automation and continuous improvement, and partner with leadership to build systems and processes that support a high growth company.

We live and breathe automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement at Outreach. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce, as well as continuously improving the platform to enable our growth.

Your Daily Adventure Will Include:
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce with 500+ users
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, company reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage integrations with our Salesforce instance; including Outreach, Zendesk, Docusign, and other tools
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
  • Work with the Revenue Operations team to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Develop and implement a platform governance strategy and related tactics
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
Our Vision of You:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is required
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Self-starter who seeks challenging assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience with Outreach, Jira, Confluence, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Zuora, CPQ, Financial Force, and other Sales tools a plus
  • Experience working with a SaaS/subscription based sales model preferred
