Erwin Forrest Builders is a premier residential renovation and construction firm in the Lehigh Valley. They are seeking an AI Business Process Optimization Specialist to identify efficiency opportunities and implement tools that enhance operations across teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce repetitive tasks
- Build and implement automations using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, and more
- Partner with department leads to ensure solutions are practical, adopted, and delivering results
- Track and measure the impact of new tools and processes, ensuring continuous improvement
- Audit Buildertrend usage and create prioritized improvement plans
- Document processes, create dashboards or reports, and communicate findings across teams
- Present a 6-month technology roadmap and recommendations to leadership
- Support general administrative and operational needs as projects evolve
