Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

At Rigo Pest Prevention, the inside sales position focuses on selling our services remotely via phone, email, and web platforms. This role includes managing sales leads in the CRM, articulating the benefits of our service offerings to clients, and building strong customer relationships. The focus is on driving revenue through prospecting new business, preparing estimates, following up and closing sales, and supporting clients after the sale. Success requires exceptional communication skills, a goal-driven mindset, and thorough product knowledge to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

·      Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to new potential clients using cold calls, emails, and research.

·      Client Engagement: Address customer questions, foster connections, understand client requirements, and offer customized solutions.

·      Sales Execution: Describe service commitments and benefits, draft proposals or quotes, and finalize agreements.

·      CRM & Data Management: Diligently track activities and maintain up-to-date client information in the sales database.

·      Customer Service: Assist with information requests, troubleshoot problems, and ensure clients remain satisfied after purchases.

·      Collaboration: Coordinate efforts with marketing, operations, and external sales teams.

·      Handling incoming communication via phone or email.

·      Initiating outbound calls to potential customers, calling existing customers, and gaining referrals.

·      Processing orders and following up on service satisfaction.

·      Maintaining and updating client databases.

·      Monitoring and interpreting market trends.
