Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Administrative & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This is a flexible, hourly position that offers opportunities for both part-time and full-time work, with flexible hours based on productivity. Responsibilities

As a Remote Administrative & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Conducting web-based research (e.g., Google searches) as needed
  • Inputting and maintaining data accurately using Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or Google Docs
  • Handling customer bill processing as assigned
  • Collecting and recycling outdated publications; distributing new publications when applicable
  • Proactively identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner
  • Communicating clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
  • Organizing, sorting, assembling, and maintaining files
  • Developing strategies to support organizational goals and adapt to changing conditions
  • Presenting information effectively to various audiences
  • Drafting reports, proposals, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree (AA) in a related field or 3-5 years of relevant customer service/business experience
  • Proven administrative support experience
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP software (NetSuite and Salesforce, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word; PowerPoint preferred)
  • Excellent customer issue resolution skills
  • Team-oriented and collaborative work style
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multitask
