What will you do as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex?

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Your tasks will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional support and guidance to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with arenaflex
  • Utilizing various tools and resources to research and resolve customer queries
  • Communicating effectively with customers through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or training

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
