Job Summary

As a Talent Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for marketing our services to new and existing clients, recruiting and interviewing top talent, and delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. You'll work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

* Market arenaflex services to new and existing clients through telephone, video, and in-person meetings

  • Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled industry professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
  • Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase arenaflex's presence in the local business community
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to drive business growth and revenue
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition

Essential Qualifications

* Degree preferred

  • 1+ years industry experience preferred
  • 2+ years' experience with Business Development in a Metrics-Driven environment
  • Prior success marketing to and closing top-level decision makers at small/medium-sized businesses
  • Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce)
  • Knowledge and familiarity with industry department operations
  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Proven track record of success in business development and revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other recruitment tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Base salary: $65,000 to $72,000 (dependent on experience and location)
  • Bonus pay (for talent professional positions)
