Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and help members navigate our benefits programs. You'll also have the opportunity to grow your career, develop new skills, and earn financial rewards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to union members, answering questions and addressing concerns about benefits programs
- Educate members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation
- Work closely with union associations to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements for Consideration
* Flexible hours to accommodate your needs and lifestyle
- Fluency in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
