About This Role
Real talk. We're not looking for someone who can cut clips and slap subtitles on them. We're looking for the person who watches 20 minutes of raw footage and sees the three-second hooks and 30 second segments that's going to stop 50,000 people mid-scroll.
Not views. Revenue. The winners become paid ads. The organic builds the brand. You do both.
