Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our National Accounts team, you'll be responsible for processing and resolving customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner. You'll provide exceptional customer service, respond to inbound calls, and initiate outbound calls to resolve customer service inquiries. You'll also input standard customer requests into our systems, log and record information about customer support interactions, and enter service and route data into our computer system for billing and route scheduling purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate solutions for customer service requests, demonstrating a high level of empathy, professionalism, and respect.

  • Respond primarily to inbound calls and, as needed, initiate outbound calls to resolve customer service inquiries.
  • Input standard customer requests into arenaflex systems.
  • Effectively respond to initial customer requests and may involve cross-functional assistance to resolve issues.
  • Log and record information about customer support interactions by inputting information into arenaflex systems and updating information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Enter service and route data into our computer system for billing and route scheduling purposes.
  • Exemplify high levels of quality, productivity, and efficiency in a manner consistent with continuous quality improvement.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

  • Knowledge of the waste management industry.
  • Experience using bilingual skills in a business environment.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or other customer service-related environment.
  • Experience working in a team environment.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a fully remote role, and candidates must be open to working any shift between the hours of operation: 6am to 6pm Central Time M-F and 8-12 on Sat (expected to do at least 2 Saturdays in a quarter).
