As a CSR at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling a wide range of inquiries, orders, and product-related questions. Key Responsibilities:

As a CSR at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
  • Assisting clients with order placement, tracking, and returns, providing clear and concise information to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Providing product information and recommendations based on client needs, showcasing your expertise and knowledge of our products and services.
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary, demonstrating a proactive and customer-first mindset.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems as needed, ensuring that client information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (sales, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.

Requirements:

To succeed as a CSR at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software, with experience in the storage, logistics, or manufacturing industry being a plus.
  • A proactive and customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Client Relationship:

You'll be directly working with the client, providing services and addressing client-related matters independently.

Payments:

All payments for your services will be handled by the client, ensuring that you receive your salary directly.

Vacation Leaves and Holidays:

While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You're expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary:

$700-$900 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Timezone:

Our standard working hours are 8AM - 4PM CST, with flexibility to accommodate client needs and preferences.
