Gs Appliance Ltd is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Appliance Repair Service Technician to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for experienced engineers for multi role this is not a trainee position, must have a minimum off 5+ years experience in multi brand repairs to domestic appliances

This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of household appliances to ensure customer satisfaction and product longevity. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in appliance repair, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and dishwashers.
  • Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on appliances to prevent future breakdowns.
  • Provide timely and professional customer service, explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly.
  • Document all service and repair activities accurately for company records and customer reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest appliance technologies, repair techniques, and industry standards.
  • Manage parts inventory and order replacements as needed to ensure efficient repair workflows.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during repair and service operations.
