Duties and Responsibilities

As a work-from-home customer care advisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Calling and Receiving Calls from Clients: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone calls and video conferencing.
• Scheduling Appointments with Clients: Schedule appointments with clients who request our benefits and services.
• Presenting and Explaining Insurance Products and Benefits Packages: Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our insurance products and services to clients.
• Completing Applications for Insurance Products: Assist clients in completing applications for our insurance products and services.
• Attending Ongoing, Optional Training Sessions: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices through our comprehensive training programs.
