Operating completely remote, we help clients increase lead conversions by communicating with their customers in the same way that people communicate with each other. Using conversational SMS, calls, email, and direct mail campaigns, arenaflex automates conversation in a way that works, and works well.
The Role
As a Chatroom Operator, you'll be responsible for reviewing and responding to inbound text messages using pre-set canned responses. You'll also enhance canned responses to add context and a human touch, ensuring that every interaction is accurate, effective, and engaging. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be critical in maintaining high-quality support and efficiently managing conversation flow.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and respond to inbound text messages using pre-set canned responses
- Enhance canned responses to add context and a human touch
- Meet speed goals based on the complexity of interaction, balancing high-quality support with efficient conversation flow
- Maintain a high level of response quality, with all interactions evaluated using a 1-4 rating scale for accuracy and effectiveness
- Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless communication and support
What We're Looking For
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong typing skills (no 'hunt and peck' typing)
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and logical reasoning skills (Ability to understand user intent when messages contain typos, slang, or ambiguous phrasing, and respond appropriately based on context)
- Clear and professional written communication
- Reliable and responsible to adhere to a designated schedule
- Access to a stable and secure private internet connection (Company computer provided)
