Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team as a CPC Processor. As a CPC Processor, you'll be responsible for processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status. You'll work in a high-volume production environment, using two computer monitors to document information in multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

* Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status

  • Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
  • Work in a high-volume production environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
  • Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring client needs are met and their experiences are seamless
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer support environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical record systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
