Your Role as an Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, prospects, and colleagues to drive sales, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Utilizing arenaflex's literature, brochures, and flyers to educate customers about our services and features
  • Entering customer information and progress into our Contact Manager system to maintain accurate records
  • Responding promptly to email requests and securing opportunities to grow our customer base
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with ownership and management to ensure seamless collaboration and feedback

To excel as an Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess:

  • Exceptional inside sales skills, including a positive, motivating, and clear communication style
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to listen, apply feedback, and drive sales forward
  • High self-confidence, determination, and a willingness to take ownership of your work
  • A high degree of organization, work ethic, honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Computer literacy and the ability to use standard applications

Education and/or Experience

While prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, we're open to training and developing the right candidate. You'll need to possess:

  • Computer literacy and the ability to use standard applications
  • Personality suitable for effective communication with customers and colleagues
  • Professional appearance and personality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivation, energy, and a results-oriented approach
