Insurance Support Coordinator-1

Manulife is a leading international financial services provider, and they are seeking an Insurance Support Coordinator to join their Operations team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of daily processes and has a significant impact on advisor retention and overall business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sort and prioritize all incoming correspondence
  • Triage all new applications received
  • Handle insurance carrier feed rejects promptly
  • Generate reports
  • Create shells in WealthServ
  • Communicate effectively to management and escalate issues where appropriate
  • Identifying gaps and risks in documentation. Where necessary, create and update documentation
  • Providing timely and appropriate feedback to Leader
  • Other administrative duties

Skills

  • 0-2 years' experience in similar role
  • Proficiency with Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional accuracy attention to detail
  • Excellent research and problem resolution skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organization and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met
  • High level of customer service
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to be flexible in adjusting priorities
