[Remote] Business Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Parkwood Behavioral Health System is a provider of behavioral health and chemical dependency services in the Mid-South region. The Business Development Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships to optimize the utilization of the continuum of care and increase patient admissions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and market research
  • Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources to increase patient admissions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that promote our services and enhance brand visibility
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve growth targets while maintaining alignment with organizational goals
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with partners to establish mutually beneficial collaborations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in a marketing or human services field is required
  • Sales experience or clinical experience with a psychiatric mental health population required
  • Prefer experience in developing new territories in target markets with customer base
  • Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse terminology
