Responsibilities

• Apply real estate finance expertise to develop high-quality, real-world analytical tasks for advanced AI models
• Create challenging problem sets involving property databases, zoning analysis, and parcel-level data research
• Conduct research across municipal and commercial real estate platforms to extract and structure relevant data
• Develop detailed evaluation rubrics to assess AI agent performance in real estate finance tasks
• Collaborate asynchronously with a team of domain experts and researchers Skills
• Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field from a top-tier university
• Professional experience in real estate investment, development, asset management, or property analysis
• Hands-on experience with real estate databases such as CoStar, Zillow, MLS systems, or municipal GIS portals
• Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high proficiency in English
