Fractional CMO for B2B Software Company

We are a US-based custom business software development firm looking for a Fractional CMO to take us from "zero marketing process" to a validated, scalable lead generation engine. We have a strong hypothesis for our market positioning, but we need an architect to validate this play by working directly with the founder. Currently we have referral based work and recurring business relationships. The Mission: Your goal is to turn our positioning "idea" into a data-backed Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and the "Proof of Concept" that our message resonates with high-value decision-makers. Qualifications: Proven track record in B2B Custom Software or other high ticket sales (Agency or Professional Services experience is a huge plus). Experience with "0-to-1" growth: You know how to build a process where none exists. You are an "Architect-Builder": You can design the strategy but aren't afraid to configure the necessary tools to prove it works. Ability to work in or near the Philadelphia/Eastern Time Zone for alignment.
