What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Agent – Auto Dealer Support at arenaflex, you will:

  • Provide fantastic service over the phone, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use your computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, assist with car warranties, and escalate critical orders
  • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations, including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Be available to work during the hours of operation, including training and hands-on calls
  • Be a Michigan resident, with high-speed internet access at home and a cellular phone
  • Have a secluded and distraction-free work environment

Nice to Have

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Degree in a relevant or related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
  • Experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of car parts and warranties
