Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Facilitating transactions and promoting diverse products and services, while creating positive customer engagements
  • Collaborating with our dynamic ConnectWave Teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth

  • Establishing a home office or dedicated quiet space conducive to work, ensuring a distraction-free environment

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Call Center Agent, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Skill Assessment: Successfully pass a skill assessment
  • Commitment to Continuous Learning: Embrace a culture that values self-improvement and the pursuit of excellence
  • Remote Workspace Requirements: Establish a home office or a dedicated quiet space conducive to work, ensuring a distraction-free environment
  • Background Check Clearance: Successfully pass a background check; timely submission is crucial to prevent any disruptions during training
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional conversational abilities while delivering customer-focused interactions, creating positive experiences for every individual you engage with

Hardware/Software Requirements

* Windows PC/Laptop

  • Minimum 14” monitor/screen
  • Max roundtrip: 120ms
  • Windows 10 or 11 ONLY with at least 8GB RAM (4GB Useable)
  • Intel or AMD Processor
  • Windows Defender antivirus and Firewall must be turned On
  • United States based High-Speed Internet Only– Cloud Based Internet are NOT Acceptable
  • Wired connection to router/modem is REQUIRED (wifi is not permitted)
  • 10+ Mbps download speed and 3+ Mbps upload speed are the minimum speeds accepted
  • Mobile Hotspots (T-Mobile, Verizon), Satellite, and VPNs are NOT permitted
  • ISP must be STABLE and located within the USA and its territories

Technology Requirements

* High Speed Internet. A wired connection to the router/modem is REQUIRED

  • Dual monitors recommended
  • USB Wired Headset (Wireless are NOT compatible)
  • External speakers or sound on your computer
  • External Wired Mouse
  • Webcam

Telephone Requirement

* Phone Verification Requirement: While the actual phone calls do not utilize your device, it is essential to have phone access for a "PIN call" to complete necessary verifications

  • Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Users outside our corporate network, including Microsoft Teams, are obligated to implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which involves phone verification
  • Preferred Cell Phone: Although a cell phone is preferred, a landline number is also acceptable for fulfilling the verification and authentication requirements

Other Requirements

* Must NOT be a permanent resident of one of the following States: Pennsylvania, Washington, California, District of Columbia, Oregon, Colorado, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, New York, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Maryland
