Job Summary

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and driving sales growth. You'll be the face of our organization, interacting with potential and current customers, and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer service and sales support to potential and current customers

  • Consistently deliver a great customer experience, ensuring high satisfaction rates and positive feedback
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed solutions and recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of customer service/call center or retail experience required

  • Minimum 1-year sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
  • Respect for and maintenance of customer and client confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with sales and customer service software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Essential Equipment

• A laptop or desktop with Windows 10 (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook)

  • Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
  • USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (external or embedded)
  • Smartphone
