Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Counsel, Digital Products, Data Analytics to join our team in a remote work-from-home opportunity. As a Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to senior management and business leaders on a wide range of complex issues related to digital products and data analytics. You will also be responsible for structuring and negotiating business agreements, including master services agreements, provider agreements, data licensing agreements, and supply agreements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert legal advice and guidance to senior management and business leaders on complex issues related to digital products and data analytics
- Structure and negotiate business agreements, including master services agreements, provider agreements, data licensing agreements, and supply agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, product, marketing, protection, security, and technology teams to develop and implement digital product and service offerings
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's digital product and service offerings, technology, security, and information protection frameworks and strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, including changes in laws and regulations, and provide guidance to senior management and business leaders on how to navigate these changes
- Work closely with external counsel to develop and implement strategic plans for protecting arenaflex's intellectual property and managing risk

Essential Qualifications
* Juris Doctorate from a licensed graduate school and at least 5 years of post-bar lawyer experience in a mix of law firm and corporate settings
- Required licensure to practice law in at least one state
- Required Illinois bar enrollment or active bar participation in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing, organizing, and following details and meeting deadlines of various projects with differing completion dates
- At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
- At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or potentially cross-functional team leadership
Preferred Qualifications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where prioritization and ability to work independently are essential for success
- Experience working in a remote work-from-home environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
