Permanently Remote Job Title: Inbound Remote SDR - $70k Base, $100k OTE (Open Source DevOps) Salary: $70k Base, $100k OTE + Benefits & 401k Requirements: SDR + Selling to Technical Leadership With over 1 million monthly downloads and 100 million total downloads, we are a leader in open sourced database and DevOps tools. Our product is used for database change automation, which syncs fluidly with DevOps and CICD pipelines. Clients include brands like Apple, Walmart, and some of the biggest banks in the world. We are profitable and doing around $16 million in ARR/year. We have been in business for about 13 years and have around 100 employees. Due to growth, we are actively hiring an Inbound Remote SDR experienced with:
- SDR
- Selling to Technical Leadership
- Experience selling products in DevOps, Data Engineering, Databases, or open source products, is. BIG plus
You will follow up on inbound requests, qualify leads, and book discovery calls. Your quota is 20 completed meetings /month + 10 qualified opportunities/month. Job Duties
- Act on inbound form submissions
- Qualify leads and schedule with an AE
- Book 20 completed meetings /month + 10 qualified opportunities/month
- Maintain 90%+ completed meetings and SQL to QSO of 50%+
- Use Hubspot as a CRM
- Create and maintain audiences via 6sense, Hubspot, and Metadata
