Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering tailored presentations and educational content to members via video conferencing

  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to members

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members from diverse backgrounds

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
