Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat & Digital Correspondence Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat inquiries in accordance with client-provided guidelines, ensuring consistent and accurate responses
  • Managing email correspondence with prompt, well-formatted, and accurate responses
  • Monitoring multiple messaging channels while maintaining clear documentation of all interactions
  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues following client escalation paths
  • Maintaining a professional, courteous tone across all communications

Requirements
