Your Role Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing real-time support to customers through live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound customer chat inquiries inside a browser-based platform
  • Guiding users through login issues, payment updates, and product questions
  • Using support macros and saved replies to respond efficiently
  • Escalating technical or billing problems to internal teams
  • Accurately tagging and summarizing conversations after each chat
  • Providing thoughtful, respectful written communication at every step

What You'll Need to Get Started

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A laptop or desktop computer
  • A stable internet connection (10 Mbps minimum)
  • Chrome or Firefox browser
  • A typing speed of 45+ WPM
  • Strong written English and patience for helping others

Pay and Shift Structure

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll start at $28 per hour and have the opportunity to earn up to $35 per hour after 30 shifts with strong QA and resolution metrics. You'll also have the flexibility to pick your shift blocks weekly using our internal dashboard, with morning, evening, weekend, and overnight blocks available.

Training & Launch Timeline

Our onboarding process is designed to be fast, friendly, and effective. You'll receive:

  • 2 hours of structured onboarding to get you up to speed on our platform and processes
  • Practice chats with personalized feedback to help you build your skills and confidence
  • A first monitored shift to confirm your readiness to support customers independently
  • Most agents are live within 4–5 business days, so you can start supporting customers and earning money quickly

Example Work Session

Here's an example of what a typical work session might look like:

  • You sign in for a 6 PM–10 PM shift
  • A customer can't locate their order—you find the tracking link and update them
  • Another asks how to apply a coupon—you paste a saved response
  • A third wants to cancel their plan—you walk them through it using a templated flow
  • Every conversation is typed. No phone. No stress.
