The primary focus of this role is sourcing and engaging bilingual healthcare professionals for US-based opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage bilingual (English/Spanish) healthcare candidates for US-based roles
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals
- Screen candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements
- Present qualified candidates for internal review and progression to final interviews
Candidate Requirements (For Sourced Talent)
- Must fall within approved budget ranges
- Must have clear, professional, and neutral-accent spoken English
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the US healthcare space
- Hands-on experience with EMR systems and/or strict adherence to HIPAA compliance
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment
- Willingness to install and actively run TimeDoctor monitoring software during all billed hours
- Must pass a final qualification interview with the internal recruitment team
