By leveraging their deep expertise in the solar industry, they empower construction companies to accelerate their solar installation projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

• Coordinate the end-to-end logistics process for solar equipment and materials.• Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and ensure timely transportation of solar components.• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to prevent delays or shortages.

Data Management & Reporting

• Utilize Excel to track logistics performance, shipment timelines, and supply chain metrics.• Generate reports on delivery status, inventory updates, and operational performance.• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance workflow.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of solar installation projects.• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and third-party vendors to maintain smooth operations.• Act as a point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a related field.• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
