Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, video calls, and live chats. You'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, positive attitude, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an unforgettable customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Participate in comprehensive training and certification courses to ensure you're equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in your role

  • Provide exceptional customer service by guiding and helping others with a friendly attitude, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
  • Utilize your home computer and phone to answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and/or live chats to provide awesome customer service
  • Commit to and follow through on working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring consistent and reliable support to our customers
  • Be accountable in all areas of work with us, maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Standard Requirements

* Customer experience preferred but not required; must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

  • Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace with a desktop or laptop, headset, and reliable wired high-speed internet connection
  • Must demonstrate professionalism with excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
  • Must be skilled in spelling and grammar rules
  • Must be willing to submit to standard background checks, drug tests, technology checks, and voice assessments
  • Must be willing to work hard and strive for high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Must be articulate with an excellent command of the English language
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Must have a high school degree or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must reside in the US
  • Not eligible to residents of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin
  • Access to a smartphone for system verification required
