Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving complex issues, and escalating concerns to senior team members as needed

Essential Qualifications

* 6 years of customer service experience, with a focus on financial services or a related industry

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and find creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment, with a focus on financial services or a related industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with a focus on our business banking and small business administration (SBA) offerings
  • Experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including small businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and find creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a high-speed, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
