Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation

You'll work closely with product and process owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for delivering the Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology. This methodology includes the design and programming of customer experience surveys, which comprise over 40 studies, translated into 10+ languages, and deployed in 20+ countries.

The Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements
• Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Developing and delivering innovative solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to ensure high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at various use case levels
• Providing guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker
• Certification in data science or related fields
