Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution
- Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a written format
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications
