Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
  • Assisting customers with order tracking, product information, account issues, and general inquiries, providing accurate and timely solutions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns while maintaining a positive attitude, even in the most challenging situations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve service quality, driving continuous improvement and excellence
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, policies, and procedures, staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college education is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to assist and satisfy customers, always putting their needs first
  • The ability to work independently, with a strong work ethic and time management skills, to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including our customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Reliable and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Schedule

This is a part-time position offering flexible hours based on your availability. The weekly schedule may include evenings and weekends, but we'll work with you to ensure that your schedule aligns with your needs and preferences.
