Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Advanced Level Position at arenaflex

Job Summary:

arenaflex, a leading entertainment and media conglomerate, is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Data Insights and Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting arenaflex's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, which encompasses Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ in a single platform. This position is critical to the expansion of DTC's real-time features in the US. Our team utilizes data, statistical modeling, experimentation frameworks, and various tools to help our business clients make informed, data-driven decisions. We aim to better understand pack patterns, supporters, and customer behavior end-to-end by providing support across experimentation, analytics, and comprehensive reporting. In this role, the Data Analyst will work closely with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Data Engineering, and other teams to not only provide high-visibility insights on pack growth but also become a trusted thought partner to our colleagues, helping to drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify and prioritize the most pressing business challenges related to pack patterns and drivers, and develop insightful solutions to address these questions

• Help create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all stakeholders have a steady stream of pack intel
• Perform comprehensive pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every conceivable angle
• Define and investigate audience segments to drive pack growth
• Work with other Analytics teams to understand and integrate all relevant pack data from various sources, combining insights into a cohesive, meaningful story
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our analytics capabilities

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field of study, along with relevant work experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques
• Ability to work with large datasets, deciphering patterns and utilizing multiple data sources and tools
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable proposals
• Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data
• Familiarity with creating, executing, and analyzing complex A/B/MVT test builds

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services

• Experience working with Marketing teams or in the Advertising industry
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS or GCP
• Certification in data science, analytics, or a related field
