Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in San Jose, California. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through web chat, email, and phone support. Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications, including CRM software
