Position Overview:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or written correspondence
  • Providing personalized support and guidance to clients, including explaining plan benefits, coverage, and eligibility
  • Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare and insurance terminology
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
