Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Utilizing computer systems and CRM software to manage customer interactions, track issues, and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the health insurance industry or related fields is a plus.
