As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's making a real difference in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare Call Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers, resolving complex issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the support they need. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting to resolve missed visits or missed supplies by reaching out to Providers for status updates and authorizations, as needed
  • Assisting with all LTC (Member/Provider) calls, focusing on one call resolution and answering calls in a timely manner
  • Reviewing authorizations and assisting with correcting authorizations, as needed, to match the PCCP
  • Triage/routing calls correctly, unless the member/provider insists on speaking directly with a Customer Service Representative or Supervisor

Performance Expectations

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be expected to meet the following performance metrics:

  • Call Center metrics (Talk time, Hold, Aftercall) at 95% or above
  • Schedule Adherence at 95% or above
  • Call Quality scores at 95% or above

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a call center or managed care/physician's office setting
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare concepts
  • Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Windows)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with LTC/Medical Authorization is a plus
