Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're seeking an Analyst - Accounts Payable for our location in Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices in accordance with standard operating procedures and meet targets.
• Resolve discrepant invoices following standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a daily productivity log for the team.
• Generate and update AP/AR/VMI/IC/FA reports for reporting activities.
• Pass rectification entries for errors identified by the internal QC team.
• Reconcile Sub-module vs Trial balance.
• Assist Fin functional teams with basic macros.

Required Skills

• Fresher with a degree in Bcom/BBA (Finance)/MCom/MBA (Finance).
• Good understanding of MS applications at a basic level.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work as a team player.
• Willingness to work in a complex environment with strict project deadlines.
