Job Summary

As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer or laptop, and will be required to attend 4 weeks of remote training to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns

  • Provide detailed information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication with customers
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that all interactions are documented and followed up on
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve our clients' online presence
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary

  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are a must, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Gaming experience is helpful, but not required
  • Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse

  • Must live within the state of Florida
  • Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
