Job Summary

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of outbound calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for every customer

  • Read scripts verbatim and record responses accurately, maintaining attention to detail and adherence to company policies
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner, providing exceptional service and support
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Code responses and update customer information in the system, utilizing our cutting-edge technology to streamline processes
  • Ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies during every call, upholding arenaflex's commitment to excellence
  • Adapt to changes in call volume and workflow to meet organizational needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, setting a high standard for our team

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • 2+ years of Call Center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and best practices
  • Bilingual candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
  • Must be able to type 35wpm, with accuracy and speed
  • Reliable Internet Service (Speed Test Conducted) and a designated work area free from distractions are essential for success in this role
