Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to consumers, verifying their information, and filtering out small home improvement jobs to ensure our partners are investing their time in the right channels. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Make continuous outbound calls to consumers to verify their information and filter out small home improvement jobs
- Use an on-screen script and flowchart efficiently to ensure accurate and timely interactions
- Document and update customer records based on interactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Warm handoff consumers to our partners to ensure seamless transitions and excellent customer experiences
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with little supervision and take initiative to resolve customer issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Shifts Available
We offer two shift options to accommodate your schedule:
- Part Time: 28 hours
+ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 4pm - 9pm + Saturday: 9am - 5pm
- Full Time: 40 hours
+ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12pm - 8pm + Saturday: 9am - 5pm
