Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer emails in a timely and efficient manner, addressing questions and issues related to their orders
  • Handling approximately 30-45 phone calls per day, providing solutions to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to their orders
  • Utilizing Live Chat to engage with customers and resolve issues in real-time
  • Escalating complex issues to Supervisors when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer experiences

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in writing
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs / Sheets)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues
  • The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A passion for growth and development, with a desire to learn and improve continuously
  • Past phone or call center experience is a plus, but not required
