Job Summary:

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to patients and prescribers, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with precision. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, resolve issues efficiently, and provide support to our healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and prescribers via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle high-volume calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules processes
  • Enter patient and medication data into our system, ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • Investigate and resolve missing solution data, decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes), and settle all data entry-related exceptions
  • Communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

  • Essential web browsing skills, including:

+ Opening a browser + Composing URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a webpage + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
